The memorandum of cooperation signed in 2020 between the "Doctors and Medical Students Public Union" and the "Public Health and Reforms Center" (ISIM) has facilitated the implementation of a number of successful projects over the course of two years. Within the framework of this collaboration, particularly the projects conducted under the leadership of the Public Health Committee, have aimed at strengthening the healthcare system and increasing public health knowledge.
In 2024, the memorandum expired, and a renewed cooperation agreement was signed between the parties. The new memorandum envisions even closer cooperation between all of AzerMDS's committees and ISIM, as well as the implementation of larger projects in the future. This step aims to contribute to the development of Azerbaijan’s healthcare sector and create more opportunities for young doctors and students.
