Public Health and Study Abroad: New Paths, New Knowledge
Students admitted to the Faculty of Public Health of Azerbaijan Medical University need additional information to develop their knowledge in this field and gain a broader perspective. For this purpose, the SCOPH committee organized a training session on "Public Health and Study Abroad".
Kamran Abbasov, who received a master's degree in Public Health at "Sheffield" University of England, was invited to this training. Mr. Kamran gave information about education abroad and state programs, in particular, he informed the students about the differences between going abroad at their own expense and at the state's expense, and about the best options. In the training, a detailed information about the general field of Public Health was discussed, as well as the requirements of the state program and ways to solve problems related to this program. Kamran Abbasov's training session provided a valuable opportunity for our students to gain a broader perspective in the field of Public Health and further develop their potential by studying abroad.
